We had a lovely afternoon at the vinyard. The host was very knowledgeable, witty and interesting to listen to. We really enjoyed learning all about this smaller family run vinyard. We especially enjoyed trying 3 wines and 3 paired cheeses! We tried 2 reds and a sparkling white which was a nice surprise. Bottles are priced very affordable and they taste amazing. We bought a few to take home, just wish we had more room in our suitcase! There is also an option to ship home which we will be doing for Christmas time. We enjoyed the tour around the wineyard. Our guide was very nice and knew everything about the processes and wine in general. The tasting was an amazing experience as well. You can also spend a great time enjoying some drinks in the shade of the chateau, children can get grape juice instead of wine. We can only recommend the tour. Very welcoming and excellent host. We had our own private tour which was amazing! C'est bien loin d'être ma première dégustation, et je garderai pourtant un excellent souvenir de ma visite au domaine dans le cadre de l'EVJF d'une amie (groupe de 8). Salle de dégustation superbe avec vue sur les vignes, visite très pédagogique avec beaucoup d'apprentissages notamment sur le bio et le cahier des charges d'un St Émilion grand cru, accord des vins avec fromages ou chocolats, au choix de chacun. Les chocolats sont conçus sur mesure pour chaque vin, un régal. Vin bon rapport qualité prix, bref je recommande à 200% ! La visite en elle même est relativement courte car comme la quasi totalité des château de Saint Emilion, le domaine n'est pas aussi grand que l'on peut imaginer. Mais notre hôte était super, et toutes ses explications étaient à la fois intéressantes et claires. Le château est lui-même très joli et se prête bien à quelques photos. La dégustation est quant à elle le point culminant avec une bonne diversité de vins et une logique dans la suite des vins proposés. L’expérience, pour un coût somme toute relativement faible je trouve, a été très appréciée!La visite en elle même est relativement courte car comme la quasi totalité des château de Saint Emilion, le domaine n'est pas aussi grand que l'on peut imaginer. Mais notre hôte était super, et toutes ses explications étaient à la fois intéressantes et claires. Le château est lui-même très joli et se prête bien à quelques photos.
