Une superbe visite sur les hauteurs, offrant une vue magnifique. Les échanges étaient riches et passionnants, suivis d’une dégustation menée avec beaucoup de soin. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le sentiment d’être privilégiés : toute l’équipe a été aux petits soins et toujours souriante, malgré la chaleur et les difficultés du métier. We arrived one hour early hoping to have a bite before the activity. Although there were empty tables available, we were not allowed to sit at one, which was a bit surprising. The service was quite slow, and as a result, we ended up reaching the wine tasting area just a couple of minutes late. Upon arrival, we were greeted with the comment "the Spanish we've been waiting for", which felt slightly off. In terms of the experience itself, we had expected something more immersive—perhaps a brief tour of the property or some background on the wines, as is often the case in Spanish wine tastings. Instead, the format was rather straightforward: sitting and sampling wines with minimal explanation. It felt more like a commercial presentation than an informative tasting. Unfortunately, the wines themselves also didn’t quite meet our expectations. We arrived one hour early hoping to have a bite before the activity. Mon ami et moi avons passé un moment incroyable au domaine ! On aime beaucoup ce genre d’expériences, mais là, c’était vraiment spécial. Tout était privatisé rien que pour nous, le cadre était magnifique, et l’équipe aux petits soins du début à la fin. On s’est sentis accueillis comme des invités privilégiés, avec une attention rare. Et que dire des vins ? Une vraie découverte ! On repart avec de super souvenirs et l’envie de revenir… ou de tester un autre établissement Bonfils !
