A warm welcome from Michelle, a delightful tour with loads of interesting information. Perfectly adapted to an international group (French, British, and German). Great sense of humour to make the whole experience really fun. Lovely to hear about collaboration with other wine makers in Fronton. C’était un plaisir de visiter ce magnifique vignoble et d’avoir pu déguster de bons vins. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement et la visite était très captivante. Les explications du guide étaient claires et intéressantes. Les vins proposés lors de la dégustation étaient excellents. Je recommande vivement à tous les amateurs de vins de faire cette expérience. My partner and I took the opportunity to visit a local vineyard not far from where we were staying in Southwest France. We were met by the owner, a captivating and insightful lady, Michelle Salle who gave us a explanation of the grapes used in their wine, Negrette, and the terroire of the Fronton Region. She then went on to explain about the wine making process and showed us the huge Vats used to ferment the wines. Michelle then talked about the drinks they produce from the fruity rosés to the intense reds. We were then given the opportunity to sample their produce all of which were delicious.
