The bistro spirit ... what is it? The bistro is a kind of decompression chamber, a place where you can take a lunch break with colleagues, have a drink after a long day at work. We offer ourselves, at the zinc of course, a Lillet, a Spritz or more wisely a pressed fruit. For lunch and dinner, you can enjoy a frank, everyday cuisine, served at the drop of a hat. A bit of rabbit, a bit of veal in blanquette, a bit of pot-au-feu: the range is vast... it's a cuisine without appointments. "Tonight, we're having a little bistro with friends, we're taking off our ties and we're going to taste a generous, scoundrel cuisine, all sitting elbow to elbow.
