I had a great visit with Daniella today. She was super knowledgeable, spoke perfect English and provided a very nice visit. The property has a ton of history, and the wine was fantastic. Guide très compétente et intéressante. Nous avons appris beaucoup de choses autant sur la technique de production des vins que sur l'histoire du Château. Un bémol pour la taille du groupe : trop de personnes (plus de 20), dont certaines accaparent le guide, et des enfants en bas âge, qui s'ennuient et donc font du bruit qui couvre la voix de la guide.Guide très compétente et intéressante. Nous avons passé un chouette moment, nous avons dégusté 3 vins de différents châteaux appartenant à Monsieur Magrez pour des vins de très bon crus de manière générale. Bonus évident pour la dégustation du Sauternes qui n’était pas prévue initialement. Je recommande absolument la dégustation tout comme le cadre et l’accueil.Nous avons passé un chouette moment, nous avons dégusté 3 vins de différents châteaux appartenant à Monsieur Magrez pour des vins de très bon crus de manière générale. We took an English language tour. And despite the heat of summer, Daniela was so knowledgeable, full of humor and grace. We learned so much and tasted some delicious wines. Please come with an open mind and read a tiny bit about AOC etc. Since that is base knowledge that is always good to have when getting into the details of the wine region around Bordeaux. The property is spectacular and our guide was super informative and much better than the typical wine tour. really enjoyed it and highly recommend. And it is close to Bordeaux so accessible.
