I would highly recommend this workshop with Beatrice to anyone planning a visit to St. Emilion. The Chateau itself is a beautiful, familial operation easily accessible from anywhere in town. Beatrice has a wealth of knowledge and is an excellent teacher, making her class fun, collaborative, and informative. My wife and I are not experts, nor are we novices, and I felt that the class was perfectly tailored to our experience level. Overall it was a phenomenal way to spend a morning in wine country and a total highlight on our trip. I would highly recommend this workshop with Beatrice to anyone planning a visit to St. Emilion. Nous avons passé un très agréable moment en compagnie de Béatrice. Deux heures passionnantes avec une passionnée. C’est plus qu’une dégustation. C’est également l’occasion de découvrir ou redécouvrir les grandes étapes de l’exploitation de la vigne et de la fabrication du vin. C’est aussi un moment ludique où l’on classe les senteurs de base qu’il faudra essayer de retrouver lors de la dégustation. Le tout dans un endroit charmant aux portes de Saint-Emilion. Nous le recommandons.Nous avons passé un très agréable moment en compagnie de Béatrice. Deux heures passionnantes avec une passionnée. C’est plus qu’une dégustation. Have visited many wineries around the world. The experience here was great. Eva was knowledgeable and thorough in her explanations regarding the wines and processes. Thought the wines sampled were of good quality and were all recently opened - as opposed to other tastings same day / area where they were obviously opened yesterday and had not held up (or been re-corked correctly).
